In order to facilitate this growth, they are looking for an experienced employee benefits expert to join the team as a Quality Supervisor who will be responsible for delivering their enterprise wide Employee Benefits file audit process and provide technical and product advice group wide. The Role: The purpose of this role is to help administer and deliver a QMP (file checking) programme across group-wide corporate Benefits. You will be responsible for employee benefits administration group-wide and managing effective systems and controls to ensure consistently high quality metrics across employee benefits and also support the investigation and resolution of all regulated complaints for EB. This role is also crucial to the mentoring and development of the employee benefits consultants joining during this period of growth, and for ensuring quality and quality compliance across all corporate benefits. Key Responsibilities: Jointly deliver the EB file audit process, including conducting file reviews personally Provide technical and procedural advice within EB Deliver technical and thematic audits on a regular basis Deliver technical training in Health Care and Group Risk to the Graduate Academy, and provide support with individual exam coaching as required Oversight and maintenance of the Training and Competency scheme for all EB consultants Required Experience Experience and knowledge of employee benefits is essential, this could be experience gained as an advisor/consultant or from the administrative side of the business Background in Employee Benefits Sales or Administration, Quality Assurance/Management or Compliance would be preferred Analytical mind-set and an eye for detail Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Enthusiastic with a can do attitude If this role appeals, it'd be great to hear from you!
