LOCATION: Sheffield, South Yorkshire JOB TITLE: Customer Service Administrator SALARY & BENEFITS: Salary depending on experience WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm THE COMPANY: Our client is a leading global supplier and manufacturer in the protective packaging industry, with a UK division located in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. THE ROLE: Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Customer Service Administrator with experience working within an office environment to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will work within a team of advisors who are the first point of contact for our client's UK and Export customers. Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator to include:- Provide guidance and advice on products to customers Internal Sales administration in SAP; processing sales orders from order entry through to invoicing Daily support function to our team of Business Development Managers Capture and distribution of new sales enquiries through CRM Liaison with internal and external logistics providers THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a customer service environment. The ideal applicant should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to provide our customers with an outstanding level of service. This challenging role would suit an IT literate individual who thrives in a fast paced office environment and has great attention to detail.
