LOCATION: Milton Keynes JOB TITLE: Contract Assistant SALARY & BENEFITS: Salary depending on experience WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week THE COMPANY: Our client specialise in the delivery of essential public services, working in defence, transport, justice, immigration, healthcare and other citizen services all around the world. They primarily deal with national and local governments and have more than 50 years' experience of helping them to achieve their goals. THE ROLE: Reporting to the Admin Manager the Contract Assistant will be directly responsible for the contract administrative support to our clients' Milton Keynes Environmental contract. Reporting into the Administration Manager you will offer accurate and detailed admin support and data analysis to monitor contract performance. Other responsibilities of a Contract Assistant to include:- • Raising purchase orders • Monitor KPI's and contract performance • Prepare staff cost expenses and overtime reports • Tracking invoices • Produce monthly invoices • General accounting support • Ensure the Serco Management System is compliant Key skills / experience for the role of Contract Assistant based in Milton Keynes: • Experience of working in a financial contract support position • An advanced understanding of Excel (Look-ups, produce spreadsheets, create reports). • Previous experience of SAP, data processing, reconciliations and CRM would be an advantage. • Have obtained AAT level or working towards will be highly advantageous • Excellent accuracy • Strong financial and data analytical skills • An understanding of Profit & Loss statements and balance sheets Does this sound like you?
