They currently have excellent opportunities for telephone based Collection Agents to join their Preston Contact Centre. The Role: As a Collection Agent, your role will involve telephone based activity both inbound and outbound for a range of clients. You will recover outstanding balances, ensuring appropriate action is taken on customer accounts and the right resolution is reached for the customer. This will include setting affordable and sustainable payment plans or referring them to third parties who can offer independent help. A real people person, your confidence and communication skills will be the foundation for an effective rapport you build with customers and a key part of the service you provide. Your delivery and manner should be disciplined and focused to give 100% to every call you take. If you feel you have the talent for finding the right solution to a problem instantly, whilst being able to demonstrate a supportive and sensitive approach to a customer who may be experiencing financial difficulties and the emotions often associated with that, then this is a great chance for you to build a career.
