Business Change Consultant - Change Consultant - Redhill - Surrey As the Business Change Consultant you will be working with business stakeholders and IT, you will be responsible for the delivery of change projects. You will identify changes and improvements, meet project aims based on detailed data analysis, advanced requirements gathering, strong impact analysis, clear definition of business needs and pragmatic value adding solutions. Ensure continued business sponsorship at the appropriate level to drive change forward, assemble and co-ordinate change teams/resources as required to manage the transition of change in the business, working with operational managers to embed changes within the business. You will also be required to manage the implementation, including creation and delivery of new business process, procedures, communications and training, ensure changes move seamlessly from project mode to business as normal. Ensure there is clear business ownership for benefits realisation and tracking, develop clear measures and KPI's to monitor the effectiveness of any change. Key skills & Experience: *Educated to degree level *Ideally a formal change or project management qualification eg Six Sigma, Prince 2 *A number of years' experience within utilities, with strong systems and process knowledge gained at an Energy supplier *Advanced requirement gathering, analytical and impact assessment skills *Ability to plan effectively managing multiple change project streams *Excellent communication skills with the ability to secure and maintain support for project sponsors and key stake holders Key to the role is clear business acumen and the ability to understand the outcomes required by senior stakeholders and the broader business. My client is looking to pay a base salary of between £35,000 - £40,000, + company bonus, and an extensive benefits package.
